And more kid conversations

Listening to Sting's Roxanne on my blog...Murphy says, "Mommy, who is Roxanne?"

Georgia, Murphy, Millie and I were watching Ratatouille. Georgia and I loved how the rats sounded to humans like they were squeaking, but really they were talking to each other in voices. Georgia's wheels were spinning for a few minutes and asked, "why does it sound like squeaks to us, but they are really talking?" I said - well, do you think rats really talk? She says "no, but they do communicate." Who says that? Only GA.

The kids love infomercials. Georgia is always trying to sell me things, like the Snuggie (http://www.oxiclean.com/default2.asp) or the garden you simply roll out and water. I overheard Murphy say "OxiClean?" and a few seconds later "uhh. Pet stains." I'm waiting for them to throw that one in the cart on the next trip to the store.

Trevor is out of town for the week, so all four of us were in my bed watching "It's Me or the Dog" on Animal Planet at 9:15 last night. Murphy pipes up, "What's her name?" to which Georgia replied "Victoria Stilwell." Murphy says with a smirk, "Oh, I thought she was from Africa."
