Georgia is out of preschool and on to kindergarten. I think it was a surprise to her and Emma that they didn't start kindergarten Monday, but in a few months after summer vacation. They're ready to go! I can't believe Georgia will be walking around with the big kids in a uniform next year. She has her sassy five-year-old moments, but WOW! What a fun kid. I am going to miss her all day long. Murphy and Millie will REALLY be missing her! Murphy starts preschool next year too, so Millie and I will really bond! Mrs. Tamme, in the bottom picture, was the most kind teacher. Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Kathleen as well. Murphy changes his mind daily who he wants to have as a teacher. Good thing he will have all three as they rotate for different subjects. Every day we picked up GA from school he marched in the Mrs. Kelly's class to sit for their circle and goodbye song. Then it was over to Mrs. Kathleen's room because she has a train table and lots of fun little animals and dinosaurs. He will truly be in heaven. Let's just hope he follows directions....
I started classes at Gonzaga again. Feels good to be learning again...learning things outside of household and carpooling duties! It's a hard adjustment for me, though. I haven't been away from Millie for more than three or four hours thus far. It's my own fault. I screwed myself. No bottles equals me not going very far. She is ten months now, though, and the two and three hour classes shouldn't be a problem. However, I am apparently her human pacifier, and when she is sad or scared or hurt...you guessed it. Poor babysitters. I know Millie will live when I'm gone...I just hope the sitters come back! It's an intensive summer class - only a month long with class the first two weeks and then clinic work the last two. Fall session will be just one class (not three or four days a week!) so it should be easier on the schedule. Hopefully it works that my class is on Trevor's day off. Regardless...separating myself from the little walker is a good thing...for both of us (just not the sitter)!!
On that note...the kindergartner just woke up...off to make some breaky!
