I have my final presentation today. Final as in LAST, DON'T HAVE TO DO ANOTHER, YAHOOOOOO!

I was up at 3am last week stressing about class. Stressing about the work I had to do. Stressing about the final exam I had to finish (which I checked off my list last week!). Then a rather sane thought crossed my mind. Why am I putting myself through all this stress? Do I need to be in school right now? No. Do I need this post grad degree right now? No. Do I love the people I'm in school with? Yes. Is it a social event for me twice a week to see my friends? Yes. The No's outweigh the Yes's here. So. I've been thinking I will be on hiatus from school effective tonight after my FINAL presentation. The second the thought crossed my mind I could relax and breathe again.

So...at 5:30pm I will be standing up there presenting with Alison. At 5:45(ish) I'll be finished!

Yahooooooooo.

Georgia has always been the kid who you could dance in front of, talk about cookies, or tell her there's a dragon at the front door, and her focus on the TV remains unaffected. Look who else has followed suit.

Murph wanted to watch a show this afternoon, and I said, "Sure, where's the remote control?" He started belly laughing and said, "Troll. That's funny. Moken troll." Makes me smile just replaying it in my head! I guess I can see it...

The kids and I were laying in bed this morning, and Millie was doing what she does best - acting totally silly. She stands up, balancing on my legs, and body-slams Murphy. Everyone was laughing until Millie couldn't get up (think turtle on its back), and started whining. Murphy says, "That's karma, mommy."

And reason #437 why Beezie is no longer allowed to babysit: "Mommy, do you believe ghosts?"

You will not believe the Christmas card picture we scored today. It is unreal. Let's just say...I will pay out ten bucks to whoever can look at it and not crack up. It is priceless! I am in the card-searching/design process and will get the cards out early this year to share the laughter!

I haven't taken pictures for weeks. I feel so out of my routine...with my photography OCD. My quest to be a good self-taught photographer. Boy is it a slow process. Do you know how many you tube videos I have watched to learn shutterspeed and lighting and every other detail on photography!? I need a one-on-one tutor! Here are a few from a few weeks ago!

Feeling OK!

I had the best night's sleep last night. I don't think I moved until I woke up at 7:45! I hopped in the shower, got dressed, got the kids dressed, Nani did breakfast then took GA to school and I actually took Murphy and Millie (and Mason - he was dropped off second) to take Murphy to preschool! It feels so good to function again! After school pick-up, we headed to Rockwood Bakery for lunch. Again, so nice! Now I'm waiting to go to my class tonight at 5:30 (if I can stay awake). My mom has Georgia at their favorite spot...the library. Murph and I played with the animal barn and Millie and I just finished Windexing the downstairs windows all the while dancing to Yo Gabba Gabba. I'm making a comeback! I have tomorrow and Thursday with Nanny Nani, then it's all me on Friday. I cannot tell you have excited I am to feel well enough to have my little ducklings all to myself! Here's to another good sleep tonight!
